Special Education Teacher (Case Manager)
Location: Austin, TX
Start: 08/13/26-05/28/27
Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: 20 High School students, details discussed in an interview
Pay: $38-43 Hourly, dependent upon experience and qualifications
Guaranteed hours, competitive hourly pay, and a weekly direct deposit!
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid TX teaching certification or licensure for Special Education.
• Valid TX teaching certification or licensure for Core Subjects.
• Teachers must have Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) experience and be comfortable with attending and contributing in meetings.
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Understanding of individualized instruction, behavior management techniques, and
evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with
disabilities, in collaboration with parents/guardians, support staff, and related service
providers.
• Adapt and modify curriculum materials to meet the unique needs and abilities of students
with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and promoting learning.
• Employ a variety of instructional strategies, accommodations, and assistive technologies
to facilitate student engagement and success.
