Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver individualized lesson plans and instruction to students with special needs
- Integrate IEP goals into daily lessons, documenting progress at three intervals each year
- Create, update, and implement IEPs, conducting meetings and coordinating with the IEP team
- Attend Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings and ongoing professional development
- Follow prescribed curriculum and address other assigned duties as needed
