Role Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction tailored to students' individual learning plans.
- Develop lesson plans that address a variety of learning and behavioral needs.
- Employ a range of strategies to engage students within an autism support classroom.

- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and therapists to support student development.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team planning.
Position Details:
- Contract runs from February 3, 2026, through June 11, 2026.
- Work onsite at the elementary school in Wilmington, DE, for 37.5 hours per week.
- Typical hours are 8:25 AM to 3:55 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute paid lunch.
