Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field
- Current Pennsylvania certification in Special Education
- Experience with K-8 learning support, reading intervention, or emotional/behavioral support preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Genuine commitment to inclusive, student-centered education
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction tailored to diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Track student progress and adapt strategies to maximize academic, social, and emotional growth
- Collaborate with grade-level teams, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Participate in professional development and maintain up-to-date instructional best practices
