Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction in a 6th grade co-teaching setting
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to support growth
- Maintain open, proactive communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and goals
- Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to ensure all students’ needs are met
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing program improvement initiatives
