- Strong knowledge of individualized education program (IEP) processes and effective instructional strategies for diverse learners
- Exceptional communication, organization, and classroom management skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to the unique needs of K/1 or middle school students in moderate special education settings
- Assess students’ academic, emotional, and social development and collaborate in the creation and implementation of effective IEPs
- Partner with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
- Maintain accurate records, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to a positive school climate
