Special Education Teacher - Bolingbrook, IL

Please note, this position requires in-person attendance; remote or hybrid options are not being considered.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification
- Experience teaching in a self-contained or resource room preferred
- Supportive, collaborative attitude
- Proven ability to tailor instruction for early elementary students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide differentiated instruction and create engaging lessons for three kindergarteners and two first graders
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with team members
- Maintain open communication with families and staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom climate
- Collaborate closely with other special educators and paraeducators
- Access a broad range of instructional materials and ongoing support
