Key Qualifications:
- Certified in Special Education (state requirements met or eligible)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in an academic setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation

- Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and adapting lesson plans to meet a wide spectrum of learning needs
- Providing direct instruction in both small groups and one-on-one settings
- Managing the implementation and documentation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring progress to inform instructional decisions and IEP goals
- Cultivating a positive, supportive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and unique strengths
- Communicating regularly with parents, guardians, and fellow faculty members
- Participating in school-wide events, professional development, and team meetings
