Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of classroom teaching experience required
- Must hold or be in process of securing an active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license (copies must accompany your resume for consideration)

- Experience in special education settings, particularly at the middle school level, is highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Teach a diverse classroom of 10 students at Manhattan Middle School
- Partner closely with dedicated paraeducators and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including BCBA, SLP, OT/PT, and school psychologists/social workers
- Foster peer mentoring through inclusive practices
- Develop and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain open, constructive communication with staff and families
