Your Qualifications & Skills:
- At least one year of classroom teaching experience (required)
- Active or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license (cannot sign TEE)
- Ability to provide a copy of your ACTIVE CDE license or COOL with your resume (required for interview consideration)
- Proven ability to collaborate and thrive as a flexible team player

Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction and case management for students served by the Special Education Resource program
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, specialists, and families to ensure students’ needs are effectively addressed
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
- Participate actively in school meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
