Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education (SPED) licensure required
- Experience with significant support needs (SSN) preferred
- Passion for inclusive education and dedication to student development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students with SSN
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and staff to support holistic student success
- Adapt curriculum and lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs
- Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain compliance with school and district policies
