Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teacher certification

  • In-depth understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to student education plans
  • Develop and maintain detailed IEP documentation in accordance with regulations
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development initiatives
  • Model patience, empathy, and encouragement in all student interactions
