Special Education Teacher - Brockton, MA

Key responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans and adapt curriculum to meet individual student goals
- Maintain accurate records and regularly assess student progress
- Provide direct instruction and academic interventions, both in small groups and one-on-one
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraeducators, and specialists to support classroom inclusion
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians about student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
