What You’ll Bring:
- A current Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License (Primary Level)
- Wilson Reading System Certification
- Experience delivering targeted reading interventions for students with learning disabilities is highly valued
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A passion for creating inclusive, nurturing instructional environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized, individualized support for a small caseload (currently 1 student, with minimal expected growth)
- Deliver intensive reading intervention using the Wilson Reading System
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP development
- Adapt instruction to meet evolving student needs and abilities
