Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instruction in reading and math based on individual student goals and IEPs
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff to ensure consistency and integration of services
- Maintain detailed progress monitoring and adjust instructional strategies as necessary
- Engage families in the educational process and encourage student participation in their own learning journey
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocating for the needs of each child
- Create innovative, differentiated lesson plans and learning activities that address a variety of learning profiles
