Qualifications:
- Active Special Education teaching certification required
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in a special education setting preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Modify curriculum and teaching methods to support student learning and diverse abilities
- Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development as required
