Two immediate openings exist: one for a Kindergarten instructional caseload and one for a 1st Grade instructional caseload. What we’re looking for:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood or elementary special education
- Ability to adapt instructional methods and materials to meet individualized student needs
- Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and implementation

In this important role, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based instruction to students on your assigned caseload
- Plan, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assess student growth and adapt teaching strategies for optimal learning
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other support staff
- Engage with families regarding progress, goals, and educational plans
- Maintain accurate records and comply with special education regulations
