Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lesson plans tailored to each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Provide direct instruction in small-group and one-on-one settings
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate with families and caregivers regarding student growth and challenges
