Qualifications/Required Experience:
- Valid and active MA Special Education Teaching License
- Experience supporting students with severe/multiple/physical/medical disabilities and global delays
- Ability to provide full personal care (including diaper changing)
- Comfort working in a self-contained, sub-separate special education classroom (PK-2)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction to a caseload of 5–8 students
- Provide full personal care and support daily needs of students (including toileting, feeding, personal hygiene)
- Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and families to ensure each child’s growth and safety
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment for young learners
