Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)
- Experience with individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions preferred
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel for early childhood home visits (for designated position)
- Compassionate, adaptable approach to supporting diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized instruction for students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with aides, specialists, and families to maximize educational outcomes
- Maintain accurate student records, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
