- Ability to implement IEPs and maintain accurate progress documentation
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in addressing individual student goals
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering individualized instruction and supports to students with varying abilities
- Collaborating with general education teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive environment
- Developing and monitoring IEP goals, conducting assessments, and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Engaging regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and strategies for support
- Providing guidance and accommodations to ensure each student’s success in the classroom
