Key Details:
- Minimum schedule: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week—enabling work-life balance
- Current caseload: 1 student (with possible moderate growth), allowing for direct, tailored teaching

Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License (Primary Level)
- Wilson Reading System Certification is required
- Preferred experience: delivering intensive reading interventions for students with learning disabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized academic support and individualized instruction to students with special needs
- Design and implement targeted reading interventions using research-based strategies
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and your agency team to ensure student progress
- Monitor and document students’ growth and adapt interventions as necessary
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports each student’s learning goals
