Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher

- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for autism support preferred
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instruction and behavioral support for students with autism, ensuring an inclusive classroom experience
- Collaborate with other teachers and support personnel to develop effective learning strategies and accommodations
- Monitor student progress, document data, and report on outcomes regularly
- Manage classroom routines and transitions in a positive and structured manner
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and respectful learning environment
- Engage with families and caregivers to encourage ongoing student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of individualized plans

- Typical hours: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
