Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with special learning needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and accommodations.
- Create engaging lesson plans that meet students' unique educational needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
- Track and report student progress while maintaining compliance with special education regulations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Active Rhode Island Special Education Certification required.
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
