What You'll Do
- As a Special Education Teacher, you'll work within an Autistic Support program to provide individualized instruction and educational services that promote student success in both academic and functional skill areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance requirements
- Support student achievement through differentiated instruction
- Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
- Foster a structured, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications
- Required
- Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certification
- Experience working with students receiving special education services preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
