Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education required
- Active or eligible Wyoming Special Education teaching certification/license
- Experience working in a special education or classroom setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining student records and documentation
- Dedication to inclusive education and student-centered teaching practices
- Capacity to adapt instruction to meet the varied needs of K-12 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IEPs tailored to student needs
- Deliver specialized instruction and support accommodations/modifications
- Track progress on academic and behavioral goals, regularly updating documentation
- Partner with families and school staff to create holistic support strategies
- Maintain compliance with all required documentation and reporting standards
