Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Holds a valid Special Education Teaching certification.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Adapt curriculum and teaching techniques to address different learning abilities.
- Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and families to best support each student’s progress.
- Assess student performance and adjust instructional methods to maximize learning outcomes.
- Provide direct instructional support in a variety of academic and behavioral areas.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation, complying with all procedural requirements.
- Participate in IEP and staff meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed.
