Special Education Teacher - Chicago, Illinois

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and classroom management in line with best practices for both general and special education
- Develop differentiated lesson plans to engage all learners
- Implement IEP accommodations for students as needed
- Collaborate with staff to develop and track student progress
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging independence and growth
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom climate
