Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ strengths and challenges
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to promote student success
- Maintain organized records and accurate progress reports in accordance with regulations
- Implement positive behavioral supports and classroom routines
- Communicate regularly with families to keep them informed of student progress and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
