Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current Special Education Teacher credentials, fully cleared and ready to begin
- Experience supporting students in RSP or special education settings, particularly with mild-to-moderate needs
- Deep knowledge of IEP processes and accommodations
- Strong collaboration skills for partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- An adaptable mindset and excellent communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support to assigned caseload of around 32 students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement specialized interventions
- Regularly communicate with staff and families regarding student progress
- Work 6.5 hours daily, Monday through Friday, totaling 32.5 hours weekly
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with educational standards
