Key Qualifications:

- Experience or background in early education, elementary, and/or middle school special education

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-8 students
- Provide instruction and support in both resource and self-contained classrooms
- Assess student progress and adapt lesson plans accordingly
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support students in building academic, social, and life skills
