Qualifications:
- Valid and active Ohio Intervention Specialist license is required
- Experience with K-12 student populations (elementary, middle, and/or high school)

- Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Ability to maintain accurate records and report on student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based instruction tailored to students' individual needs and IEP goals

- Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success
- Conduct assessments and develop, update, and implement IEPs in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide behavioral management and intervention strategies as appropriate
