Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Experience teaching in a special education setting
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Ability to create differentiated lesson plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized instruction to students in grades 3-5 with varying abilities and needs
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administration, and support staff to ensure student success
- Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs and styles
- Assess and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress
