Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Intervention Specialist to join a supportive educational team in Cleveland, Ohio for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with special education needs through individualized instruction, case management, and collaborative services.
Staff are expected to begin on August 3, 2026 for professional development and classroom preparation prior to the start of the academic year. Students begin on August 19, 2026, and the school year concludes on May 28, 2027.

Responsibilities
Provide special education instruction and support services to assigned students
Manage a caseload of approximately 15–20 students
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Coordinate and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Support student academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
Qualifications
Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License required
Strong knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
