Special Education Teacher | Groveport, Ohio

Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Active Special Education Teacher certification (state license as required)
- Experience with diverse student populations and varied learning needs
- Strong ability to adapt lessons and modify curriculum to meet student goals
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Experience in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver instruction using proven interventions and differentiated strategies
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and other educational staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust goals as needed
