Virtual Ohio Intervention Specialist Job

We are seeking a dedicated Ohio Intervention Specialist to provide virtual special education services to students. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on student academic and developmental success.
Position Type: Part-Time
Hours: 20 hours per week
Setting: Fully Virtual
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction to students in a virtual setting
- Develop and implement individualized instruction based on student needs and IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction and interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and student records
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction virtually
- Utilize engaging virtual instructional strategies and technology to support student learning
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to support student success
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License/Certification
- Experience providing virtual special education services
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable using virtual teaching platforms and technology
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the school team
