- Commitment to fulfilling administrative responsibilities for K-8 caseloads (up to 100 IEPs annually)
- Ability to handle full IEP process from case management to meetings (no direct classroom teaching)
- No emergency or provisional licensure; sponsorships are not available
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage K-8 Special Education caseloads at single school sites in each specified neighborhood
- Draft and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Facilitate and lead IEP meetings, ensuring compliance and comprehensive documentation
- Coordinate with general education staff, families, and support teams for student success
- Maintain records and adhere to all administrative deadlines and procedures
