ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students in grades 6–12 in the Concord, New Hampshire area. Position Overview:
- School-based contract position
- Minimum of 20 hours per week
- Middle and high school student population (grades 6–12)
- Direct 1:1 and small group instructional services
- Collaborative and student-focused learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional services to students with a variety of special education needs
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction tailored to student learning goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Track student progress and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and support strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning activities
- Promote an inclusive and supportive educational environment
Required Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Special Education Teaching License
- Experience working with middle and high school students preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP implementation and compliance
- Experience providing 1:1 and small group special education instruction
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits:
