Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Active Texas Department of Education certification in Special Education
- Compliance with all state and local licensure requirements
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
