Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certification is required
- Previous experience with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
- Strong ability to adapt lessons to individual learning needs
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and families

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
- Provide direct instruction and specialized support within the classroom setting

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
