Desired Qualifications:
- Active Oregon TSPC teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Proven experience teaching or managing caseloads in Special Education
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with virtual or remote teaching practices preferred
- Commitment to student progress and empowerment
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely manage and deliver individualized instruction and case management for approximately 35 special education students
- Collaborate consistently with staff, parents, and district teams to ensure educational success
- Develop and implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive educational environment
