These contract roles begin September 9, 2026, and run through June 26, 2027. Multiple openings are available to match your expertise and preferences, with assignments thoughtfully determined to best support educators and learners alike.
Available Assignments:
- Middle School Life Skills Program: Support a class of 12 students alongside 4 instructional assistants, focusing on behavioral and academic skill-building.
- Elementary K-2 Developmental Classroom: Work with 16 young learners, many developing foundational routines and basic communication, supported by a skilled team of 5 instructional assistants.
- Behavioral Health Center (2 positions): Assist elementary students in grades 3–5 with intensive behavioral needs, collaborating with a dedicated team in programs designed for growth and positive change.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification or eligibility in Oregon
- Demonstrated experience with K-12 special education populations
- Background working with diverse learners, including those with behavioral or developmental challenges
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with teams and families
- Commitment to positive, inclusive, and data-driven instruction

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
