Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction and support to students in a self-contained elementary classroom
- Develop, update, and implement IEPs in alignment with district and state guidelines
- Collect and report data on student progress toward goals
- Employ behavior management strategies and accommodations to promote a positive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
- Uphold all ethical, legal, and procedural requirements relevant to special education services
