Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct instruction to students with varying exceptionalities
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Monitor each student’s progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Adapt instruction and curriculum materials to meet student learning styles
- Utilize behavior management strategies that encourage positive engagement

- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
