What we’re seeking:
- Valid Colorado Special Education Teaching License (CO SPED)
- Experience or passion for working in Special Education settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to students’ diverse learning needs

What you’ll do:
- Provide individualized and group instruction to students with special needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with staff and families
- Participate in virtual, casual panel interviews as part of the hiring process
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment promoting student growth
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals and other licensed support staff as available
- Engage with ongoing training and supervision as provided
- Work closely with a welcoming and mission-driven school team
