Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Special Education teaching certification (Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement preferred)

- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
- Dedication to creating a nurturing and structured classroom environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction to students based on IEP goals across early education, elementary, or middle school
- Manage classroom routines and maintain a supportive, positive learning environment
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
- Advocate for students’ needs in team and planning meetings
