Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certification with a Special Education (SPED) endorsement
- Experience working with K–12 students with mild to moderate needs (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a diverse classroom setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person instruction to students with a range of mild to moderate needs
- Create, review, and implement IEPs tailored to individual student requirements
- Collaborate with support staff, families, and other educators to promote student growth
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Monitor, track, and report on student progress
