Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification
- Previous experience working in an elementary school setting is strongly preferred

- Current knowledge of best practices in special education instruction
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to elementary students with a range of learning needs
- Create and implement effective lesson plans in alignment with district and state guidelines
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with IDEA and school policies
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom climate
