Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license is required
- Experience working in elementary, middle, or high school special education settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students in accordance with state guidelines
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction and support across a spectrum of learning needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor and promote student progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student performance and behavioral data
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and ongoing professional development
