Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction based on IEPs, adapting strategies to individual student requirements
- Collaborate with general educators to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress, amending instructional methods as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight on student progress and needs
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student achievements and areas of growth
- Manage classroom routines, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere
