In this position, you’ll:
- Deliver instructional and therapeutic strategies tailored to diverse student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with district and state guidelines

- Collaborate closely with fellow educators, therapists, and support staff to address students’ academic and behavioral objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, adapting interventions and accommodations as needed

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education is required
- Previous experience working with students with exceptional needs
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, behavioral interventions, and differentiated instruction
- Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity across multidisciplinary teams
